Moisture Transfer
Designed using the Laplace pressure equation, DryDual creates a controlled capillary pressure differential between its two layers — forcing moisture to move in one direction only: away from your skin, into the fabric structure, and never back.
The Physics
The inner layer uses finer-gauge filaments with a tighter capillary radius; the outer layer uses coarser yarns with a larger radius. When sweat contacts the inner face, the pressure differential drives moisture outward — self-sustaining, requiring no chemical treatment to initiate or maintain.
Built-In, Not Coated
Inner and outer faces are knitted simultaneously as one integrated structure — not laminated, bonded, or treated. Bonded fabrics delaminate; wicking finishes wash out. DryDual's moisture management is structural, built permanently into the geometry of the knit itself. Performance does not degrade.
Skin to Surface
The fine inner face delivers a cotton-soft, low-friction feel against skin. The hydrophobic outer layer drives rapid evaporation and eliminates sweat show-through in any colourway. Four-way stretch and dimensional stability ensure shape retention through repeated wash cycles.

From yarn sourcing and gauge engineering to fabric finishing and quality certification, every stage is handled in-house, giving brands direct access to the development team and full traceability across the supply chain.
